Employee Wellness Mission
The Employee Wellness mission is to foster a supportive work environment that prioritizes the wellbeing of employees. The Employee Wellness program is dedicated to promoting emotional, physical, financial, and social wellbeing through accessible resources, open communication, and a culture of collaboration. By empowering team members to thrive both personally and professionally, we aim to enhance productivity, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.

Program Background 
Employee Wellness has been an active part of Sarasota County Schools since 2008. The Employee Wellness Program provides formal and informal activities designed to support and enhance the health and wellbeing of employees.
