Dear SMS families,

This will be my last newsletter of the 2025-2026 school year. Please note that I will send a few newsletters in July to share pertinent information for the 2026-2027 school year. Please check our school website and Facebook pages throughout the summer for updates as well. Information regarding supply lists, schedules, Open House, and more will be posted through June and July.

To 8th Grade families:

ALL promotion attendees must walk through the metal detectors at RHS on Wednesday. Plan on arriving earlier to ensure you have time to go through the metal detectors and get a seat. We begin the ceremony on time. Please see "School News" below for details on what NOT to wear/bring.

It has been a wonderful year of teaching and learning. Thank you for choosing Sarasota Middle School for your child's education.
