COW 50th Anniversary
Think you know your town? Think again! Hop aboard ACE's Classroom on Wheels and find out what you've been missing! No matter how long you've lived here, there's always more to see, and the COW "Big Blue Bus" is the way to see it. As of 2024, Classroom on Wheels has been showing locals the sights in and around our area for 50 years!
This unique traveling classroom, led by instructor Brenda Lee Hickman, has visited more than 1,400 local businesses and organizations throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. Every term she creates a program that provides a cross-section of history, entertainment, religion, government and nonprofits, arts, and culture. One student wrote: "Always an excellent program. Really enriches my life." Hop on the blue bus and see for yourself!
