Congratulations to our SCS Cares of the Month - Ms. Cherrie Mucciarone from Instructional Materials and Library Services!!
"Cherrie is an amazing resource for all the Librarians of the Sarasota County District. She is our glue. She goes above and beyond to help us on a daily basis. Before we start working, she sends us a welcome email. She provides intensive training sessions that are just the beginning of her constant support through emails, phone calls, chat, video tutorials, attachments, updates, and instructions. There is not a single day that goes by, that Cherrie doesn't make us feel her presence and her support. She is a great listener and a great ambassador for our needs. Thanks to her, anything seems possible. In these last weeks, she has helped me tremendously by reaching out directly to the system developers with the final target of making our software better and our job easier. Thank you, Cherrie, for caring!" - Laura Maggiore Boscarello, Suncoast Technical College
