Program Overview
Do you pay attention to detail and enjoy solving hands-on problems? This program will prepare you for an entry-level job in the technology industry! You'll be equipped to provide technical assistance, answer questions, and resolve computer problems for clients in person, over the phone, or electronically. You'll also have the skills needed to assists in computer hardware and software issues.
This program will also prepare you for the industry recognized certification for PC Technicians, the CompTia A+ Technician Certification Exam. In addition to learning troubleshooting, replacement and familiarization with PC components, as well as operating systems, installation, and configuration, you will also learn PC and network security, stationary and mobile device support and networking.
