Laurel Nokomis School - Interscholastic Athletic Program 

Laurel Nokomis School Interscholastic athletic teams are open to all 6th, 7th and 8th graders.  An athletic packet must be completed before the first day of tryouts.

Requirements:

• All Athletic Packets Must Be Completed Online for the 2024-2025 School Year.  Please Visit Aktivate.

  
  

• Three documents must be uploaded to Aktivate: current sports physical, hold harmless and a copy of your student's insurance card.

  
  

• Proof of medical insurance. School insurance may be purchased through: “School Insurance of Florida,” applications are available at school or online at School Insurance Florida.

  
  

• 2.0 GPA or higher.
