We are grateful you are taking the time to explore our website.  We’re proud to share that Sarasota High School has been designated an “A” School for 2025 by the Florida Department of Education, a reflection of our unwavering commitment to academic excellence.  We are also celebrating our highest graduation rate in school history - 96%, a testament to the determination of our students and the dedication of our staff, families, and community.

For more than a century, Sarasota High has been a leader in education in this community, honoring tradition while embracing innovation.  Our students have access to a wide array of opportunities, including our nationally recognized Cambridge AICE program, the one-of-a-kind Circus Arts Magnet, our dynamic Agriscience program, and the prestigious MaST Research Institute, a high-level STEM research track preparing students for success in science and engineering-related fields.
