Hello Gulf Gate Families! This is Principal Miller with today’s edition of Miller’s Minute.
Check out some important information below:
We need your help getting your children to school on time. This morning alone we had almost 30 students arrive tardy. This interruption impacts the instruction of not only your child, but the entire class. Please make school a priority and have your child to their classroom and ready to learn at 8:30 each and every day.
Today we kicked off our Kids Heart Challenge. It was a great time learning about the importance of heart health. Assistant Principal Sahhar will be sending out more information about how your child can earn prizes throughout the challenge.
This Thursday is our Third Grade Concert on March, 6. The theme is At the Movies. Students will need to arrive at 5:30 wearing a solid-colored shirt. The concert begins at 6:00pm and we hope to see you here!
Are you willing to help our PTO with the amazing things they do for our school community? If so, please attend the Parent and Teacher Organization meeting this Thursday in the media at 7pm.
This week we celebrate National Social Workers Week. We are so lucky to have Hannah Mullinax on the Tiger Team!
Are you ready for spring break? We have no school from Monday, March 17-Friday, March 21st.
