Hello Gulf Gate Families!
A huge thank you to our Tiger Tribe and all of our families for the donations, time, and effort you are putting into making Staff Appreciation Week so special. It was off to a wonderful start today with a delicious breakfast and coffee—our staff felt truly appreciated. Thank you for showing them so much love!
🍔 Spirit Night – Wednesday, May 6
Join us for another fun Spirit Night at McDonald’s from 4:00–7:00 PM at 6347 Tamiami Trail. You might even spot some of our staff working that evening—they can’t wait to serve our amazing Gulf Gate families!
📚 FAST Reading Testing (Grades 3–5)
This is a big week for our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students as they take their FAST Reading assessments:
📝 3rd Grade: Tuesday
📝 4th Grade: Wednesday
📝 5th Grade: Thursday
Please help your child by ensuring they get a good night’s sleep, eat breakfast, and come ready to do their very best!

🐯 Welcome Our New Assistant Principal
We are excited to officially welcome our new Assistant Principal, Tiffany Sheffield, to the Gulf Gate family! She has joined our team this week, and we know she will be a wonderful addition to our Tiger community. Be sure to give her a warm Gulf Gate welcome when you see her!
