Welcome from Principal Holly Brody

Dear Brentwood families,

I’m excited to share a few important updates about Brentwood and where we are headed!

First, I want to take a moment to celebrate something we are all proud of. Brentwood is an A rated school! That reflects the hard work of our students, staff, and families. Thank you for being such an important part of that success!

Starting in the 2026 to 2027 school year, Brentwood will begin a phased transition to a K through 8 school. Next year we will welcome our first group of sixth grade students, followed by seventh grade the year after and eighth grade in the final phase. This will allow our students to stay in a supportive environment longer, build stronger relationships and continue their learning with reduced transitions while still having a middle school experience.

As we grow into a K through 8 campus, we are also refreshing how we talk about student learning and progress. Our students will still be known as Superstars and each grade level has a name that reflects their journey and growth.

We will also continue offering advanced learning opportunities in every grade through what we are calling Superstar Academy. These classes are designed to challenge students, spark creativity and encourage deeper thinking.

As always, what makes Brentwood special is our community. I am grateful for your trust and support, and I am looking forward to all that we will accomplish together as we grow.
