M I N U TES Addendum (9/22/03)

News has just come to Mrs. Dearing from the Landings and John Zoretich. The district has asked us to put off our IB considerations for a while. Mrs. Dearing was assured that there will not be the push to increase enrollment numbers until we have our new campus. The district will not fund the application at this time but does not want to discourage us from visiting an IB campus to make an informed choice in the future.

Mr. Zoretich also informed Mrs. Dearing that the district is willing take an "audit criticism" for not having fire resistant cumulative record cabinets, if we make a good faith effort to purchase at least one cabinet. This will help in the capital outlay decision making.
