v Stephania Feltz started the meeting welcoming members and guest.

v Stephania Feltz distributed the minutes from the April 24, 2003 SAC meeting. Other than a few changes in the relocation sites of a couple ACEC staff to SCTI (see below), no other changes were noted. Edna Apostol motioned to accept the minutes and Dorothy Kosovac seconded the motion. Motion was approved unanimously by all present.

v A summary of Major Activities for 2002-2003 was distributed by Barbara Witte and an End of Year Report presented. Data available at this time show that all goals, in Reading, Technology and Career Preparation have already been met for the year. A final report for the year will be submitted to Camille Ashcraft in the fall.

Stephania Feltz and Judy Rinks thanked all members for participating on ACEC’s SAC this year and encouraged them to stay involved in the program areas that most interest them.

This was the last SAC meeting scheduled for the 2002-03 school year. Brunch to be served immediately following the meeting, compliments of DOS Computer Center and Mr. Dale Ott.

Stephania Feltz adjourned the meeting at 10:30 am.
