Kindergarten Orientation
Children who turn five (5) years old on or before September 1st of the current school year may register for kindergarten. Please note there are NO exceptions made to this Florida Statute 1003.21. To find out the name and address of a student's area school, parents may call our Long Range Planning Department at 927-9000, ext. 31193 or click the link below.
All elementary schools hold "Kindergarten Orientation" prior to the upcoming school year. Below are the orientations that have been scheduled for 2010. Dates and times are also posted on our website "District Calendar" under "School Events." Please check with your districted school to confirm the date and time. Be sure to register your child early.
